So today was a brilliant day!
Got up nice and early to get crap done!
So went down the high street for a while!
Then chilled then smashed legs today at the gym!
I want those big wheels!!

Squat til you drop!!
I like to squat for about an hour, i dont believe in overtraining!
Tom platz, known for having the most iconic legs in the history of bodybuilding! He squatted hours upon hours!
So started from warm up with bar then hit all the way up to 82.5 kg for 4 sets at 3-6 reps! I love the burn slow down slow rise! Incredible!
Then leg press for 4 sets!
After that i prefer to hit quads 8 reps at heavy weight,
then drop half the weight for 8 reps again!
After that half it again! And single legs this time 8 each leg! Then break! Times that by 3! Burnnnnnn!!
Exact same on the hamstring curl! I love the burn!
Grow babys!
So now im home chilling waiting on G&S coming over! And maybe go for a walk, who knows!
